This apartment is absolutely mind-blowing! The decor and amenities are jaw-dropping, making you feel like you've stepped into a luxurious dream. The hostess, Doris, is incredibly warm and welcoming, treating you like a private guest. The location is super convenient, with off-site car park and just a short walk to the old town center and the Hahnenkamm funicular. The apartment itself is top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV, and even a sauna for ultimate relaxation. Plus, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Whether you're into hiking, skiing, or golfing, this place has it all. And the best part? No pets allowed and no smoking on site, ensuring a clean and fresh environment. Trust me, you won't want to leave this fantastic apartment!

Bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedroom itself was comfortable. Guests could use a handy kitchenette here, though I didn't cook. The host made my stay great.

Stunning and good location adjacent to the old town centre, grocery shop, bakery, Kitzbuehel and town centre close to restaurants and the main cable car, everything perfect. Nice welcome from host. Location right opposite a large supermarket.

The food for breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

From start to finish, it was an amazing experience in the winter. We received a warm welcome from the host, and the location was excellent, at a medium distance from Katharinenkirche. The setting is not far from fashionable Kitzbuehel and a large supermarket.

our stay at doris' nest was exceptional. from the immaculate and elegant apartment to the super comfortable bed and fantastic water pressure, everything exceeded our expectations. dorothy's accommodating nature and the amazing central location made our stay in kitzbuhel even more enjoyable.

Not enough hooks for ski gear.

We seemed like private guests of the owner. Private parking available. Apartment seemed like home. Close to old town centre, shops, and funicular. Lovely and helpful host. Free late check-out option. Awesome facilities. Fine apartment layout. Fully equipped kitchen.

No negatives from this place.

The sauna was a cozy sanctuary that made me forget about the freezing temperatures outside. The private entrance to the apartment made me feel like a VIP, and I had fun pretending to be a master chef on the fancy stovetop.

Who needs fresh bread delivered to their doorstep when you can just buy it at the store like a normal person?

The location of the hostel is ideal, with easy access to the town center and the main ski lift. the apartment is well-designed and spacious, with a luxurious bathroom and a comfortable bed. the facilities are top-notch, with a ski room, sauna, and fully equipped kitchen. the host, Doris, is friendly and welcoming, making us feel like private guests. the private parking is a bonus.

The only small downside is that there is no microwave in the apartment.
